Traceability is the core
Every showcase carries a production card from material intake to export packing: panel batch, glass lot, paint run, QC checkpoints and the signatures behind each step. When a client calls about a lock two years later, we can trace the exact unit and its parts.
The 31-step workflow, audited
The review walked our full 31-step production and QC process — from CNC cutting tolerance checks to the final pre-shipment inspection. Two steps were refined this year: glass edge polishing now has its own checkpoint, and lighting tests log temperature values per fixture.
