These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://lbfshowcase.com/ and its language versions (the “Website”) operated by Libafang Showcase Co., Ltd (“Libafang”, “we”, “us”), and set out the general commercial terms that apply to our offers, orders, warranty and after-sales support, unless a signed contract or proforma invoice states otherwise.
1. Acceptance of these terms
The Website is a business-to-business presentation of our custom display showcase products and services. By accessing or using the Website, or by requesting a quotation, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
2. Website content
Product photographs, renderings and specifications on the Website are for reference only. Because our showcases are custom-made, finished products may differ slightly in materials, finish, color and dimensions from the images shown, within the tolerances customary for the industry. All Website content — including text, images, renders and layout — is the property of Libafang Showcase Co., Ltd and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without our written permission.
3. Quotations and design proposals
We are glad to provide free design proposals and quotations. Unless otherwise stated on the quotation, a quotation is valid for 30 days from its date and is subject to material prices and availability at the time of order confirmation. A quotation does not constitute an order confirmation until both parties have signed a contract or proforma invoice.
4. Orders and payment
An order is formed when we confirm it in a signed contract or proforma invoice. Payment currency, amount, schedule and bank details are as stated in that document — typically a deposit upon confirmation with the balance before shipment. Title to the goods passes to the buyer upon receipt of full payment.
5. Production and delivery
Production lead times stated in an order confirmation are good-faith estimates and start from receipt of the deposit and final approved drawings. Delivery terms follow the Incoterm agreed in the order (for example EXW, FOB or CIF); risk in the goods passes in accordance with that Incoterm. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, extreme weather or other events beyond our reasonable control.
6. Warranty
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our showcases carry a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of shipment. Consumable parts (for example LED strips, locks and hinges) are covered in accordance with the product specification. The warranty does not cover damage from improper use, unauthorized modification or repair, normal wear, or damage occurring after risk has passed to the buyer. Our liability under the warranty is limited, at our option, to repair or replacement of the defective part.
7. Installation and after-sales service
We provide worldwide installation support, remote guidance and lifetime spare-parts service. For warranty or service requests, contact us with your order number, photos or video of the issue, and we will respond with a solution.
8. Intellectual property
Our product designs, technical drawings, tooling and Website content remain our intellectual property. Custom designs developed for a specific client project may be used by that client for the intended store or project; any further use is subject to agreement. We will use a client’s trademarks, logos and brand assets only with the client’s authorization and only for the purpose of fulfilling its order.
9. Limitation of liability
The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Libafang Showcase Co., Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and the Website are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will first be addressed through friendly negotiation; if not resolved, they will be submitted to a competent arbitration body or court in Guangzhou, China, unless the applicable sales contract states otherwise.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and protect personal information.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continued use of the Website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
