When a client in Southeast Asia needed a 120 m² jewelry store open before the holiday season, the calendar gave us 45 days from drawing approval to opening day. The project covered 11 sales counters, 3 wall lines, 2 island towers, a service counter and full LED lighting.
The schedule worked because three stages overlapped: production started on approved shop drawings while samples finished, and the client’s contractor prepared power and flooring in parallel. Shipping took 12 days by sea, and a two-person Libafang team completed on-site installation in four days. The store opened on day 45, on time.
