A watch retailer in Tokyo renovated its Ginza boutique around one idea: every watch deserves its own stage. Libafang designed and built the full counter program, from rotating-platform counters to the collector’s corner.

120㎡ renovation · 12 counters including two rotating-platform flagships and a collector’s vitrine, delivered within 40 days.

• Lighting mixed at 4000K for steel dials and 3000K accents for gold — both in one counter

Counters shipped by sea and staged in a local warehouse; night-time installation swapped each zone in days, keeping the store trading.
