Clients often ask what actually happens inside our 8,000 m² factory. This photo tour follows an order from panel to packing: CNC routers cut every plywood panel to the millimeter; jigs fixture the steel and aluminium frames for square welding; and each body passes through three primer coats before the top coat.
The baking-paint workshop runs in a controlled dust-free environment, which is why our lacquer finishes stay smooth and even after years of retail wear. Assembly, lighting installation and a 48-hour lighting burn-in test follow before every case is photographed, crated and shipped. Visitors are always welcome — contact us to book a factory tour.
